Heavy Lunch

Sayur kangkung, ikan pari bakar, kuah asam, jantung pisang & kacang botol, my menu for lunch.
Ikan keli goreng berlada, kari daging, sayu goreng, sambal belacan for my colleague.


Aiyoooo... ni citer last week. Duk tersimpan dlm draft folder.. Lupa sungguh. Terliur idak??

I terliur okeyyyyy. I had heavy lunch with my colleague last friday. I had simple breakfast everyday. Tu pasal lunch Lyn amik heavy skit. Tapi yg ni terlampau heavy sgt. Hehehehe. Lapar uollllsssss :D

I didn't take dinner because I was too full with all the food from lunch but then, at night I just had a little snack. Kudap kudapan sajer. Hehehe. Sometimes amik dinner but only once a week jer. Boleh kira lah.. hehehee.

Btw, I lost 2kg tau. I like... yeeayyyyy.. :D

Bila my sis kata I nampak kurus, trus timbang ok. Bila dikata gemuk, mau I berdiet tak hingat. Dari dulu berat Lyn dr 43kg - 46kg jer ok. Klu naik 46kg tuh.. sure susah hati. Huhuhu.

My sis pun tgh diet skrg ni. Ntah ape benda supplement ntah yg dia makan. It comes in different flavours which is vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, tropical n etc. She choose choc flavour. It help u alots to lose weight & to maintain ur weight. My sis turun 3kg. Suka tul dia tak hingat.

So sape2 yg tgh berdiet.. Happy diet yea.. Make sure diet yg sihat. Jgn sampai menyeksa diri.. hehehee
