Back Again..

I was there to registered my new streamyx.. hehehe. Previously, im using Maxis broadband after the line telephone kena curik ngn pencuri bodoh during fasting month. The speed is ok but the services getting slower & slower after 1 month. Btw, Lyn dah terminate dah pun.

Ppssttt.. PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO MAXIS. The service SUCKS!!! <-- statement jahat sgt.. hahaha

But now, hati ku bertaut semula pada streamyx... dun laugh people. My big mistake.. huhuhuh.

Yesterday, I went to TM Point, Shah Alam to ask & settled this thing. Firstly, I need to register a new telephone line. Kan dua2 dah terminate, so i need fill up new application form for both line, phone line & streamyx. Done..

Alhamdulillah, tak ramai sgt orang. The PIC sempat inform that kind of things. Sempat lagi terangkan serba sedikit pasal Streamyx Combo ni. Wait for a while sementara no dipanggil.

Yeayyyyy..its my turn..

Firstly, I need to register a new telephone line but she didn't get my address. Sempatlah Lyn menengok PC die ni. Byk sgt name jln yg keluar. Ada silap disitu. The problem is because my address yg Lyn fill up tu tak boleh recognize dlm system. Geram plak aku kan. Selak punya selak, finally i got it from previous telephone line. I had given to her. Ada gak akhirnya. EEiii.. susah tul nak register. Klu tak mengenangkan nak pasang streamyx.. tak ingin nak register sume ni... huhuhu..

Its take 2 or 3 working days to installed new telephone line. Sangap lagi. huhuu.. The costs RM85, which is RM75 is rental & RM10 for duty setem. Settle..

Then streamyx process plak. Very easy. Just fill up the application form & selected the Streamyx Combo. There are a few package mengikut speed masing2. Now, the best package they offer is Streamyx Combo at cheap RM60 per month. Cam Lyn cakap tadi lah.. you still need the fixed line to enjoy this service. Sbb tu ramai org jarang nak guna streamyx ni, sbb nak elakkan ade phone line.

But dun worry people, Streamyx Combo that they offer including ur fixed line rental yea. If let's say, u pilih package RM60 per month, rental line telephone pun termasuk skali. Takde charge lain melainkan u buat panggilan telephone. Yang tu mmgla kena charge ye kawan2.. hehehe..

Everyone yg nak register, baiklah register skrg till 31 December 2009. Why??? NO REGISTRATION & ACTIVATION FEE. FREE WI-FI MODEM lagi.

So what i need to do, tunggu bila dorang nak pasang telephone line & followed by streamyx. Lyn dah naik sangap dah ni. No internet access sgt susah yer :((

Stop everything in my life. No blogging, no FB or watsoever. Except my working hours. Lagi lah weekend ni. Adakah Lyn akan berpeleseran di Starbucks or everywhere??? Most probably. Agak2 terjumpa tu, tegur lah erk.. hehehe

Finally...

Eermmm. I've been using Maxis broadband since 1 month plus ago. U can just read previous entry which is im not comfortable with their services. Lyn terpaksa face this situation almost 3 weeks. I can't browse anymore :(

I got this info from technical site of Maxis, which is, im entitled to get the termination onthespot, waived untuk 3 weeks krn tiada penggunaan & RM200 will be waived if termination before 12 months. If not, i will fight for it. I dun care. Luckily.. nasib menyebelahi saya.. :)

Well, this is the day that i deciced to terminate this. Went to Maxis Centre Sunway Pyramid for that process. I brought back the modem for account termination. Cantik je lagi. Klu ikutkan hati, mau je Lyn rosakkan dulu. But saya tidak lah sekejam tu. Put it back nicely into original packaging.

Took the queue no & wait for a while. Everyone came & do the same thing. One of the customer pun nak terminate broadband die. Sempat lah kitorang chit chat gak. The reason why?? no coverage.. tapi pelikkan.. mula2 ok.. after 1 month terus cam hampehhh...

That process running smoothly. CS tak byk songeh. Sempat meluahkan rase tidak puas hati ku. huhuhuh. Finally, that process was DONE. Ermm tak payah lah Lyn nak ngamuk2 lagi.. hehehe

Errmm, for time being, i dunt have any internet connection. Stopped blogging during nite time. Stopped FB & watsoever. I felt so sad..huhuhu

I cant imagine... life without internet.. huru hara ok...:((

I can browse & blogging during my office hour. But again.. I have my permanent job. I cant blogging during that time.. bz...eerggghhh.. if free boleh lah kot...

Maybe entry semakin kurang yg semestinya mmg dah kurang pun... huhuhuh...

Tengok tajuk tu sure u guyz tau panas je kan my entry kali ni. Kalau ikutkan hati I yg panas ni dah lama aku baling berukband ni kat org maxis. Hah, gara2 internet connection yg cam harrsssss lagi lah ni...

Lyn ni lum tahap nak buat camtuh lagi. Cukuplah sekadar aku menjerit2 kt dalam phone mengamuk ngn customer service ni. Korang bayangkan lah, register kena bayar RM100, monthly RM98. Kata service bagus. Tengok my area, takde masalah. Tapi 3 weeks ni, internet dah cam k*m*k. Maunyer aku tak hangin. Berbulu btl aku..Errrgggghhhh..

3-4 hari ni duk follow up aku tanya connection camne. Aku jawap jer.. dah cam k*m**. Almost 3 weeks ni aku takleh nak surf internet from my house. Ape kes!!. Dah penat, dah letih aku ckp. Benda yg sama gak. Tapi sampai hari ni still same jer. Dorang ni pandai ko tau, masa nak register, janji lah tu semua. Broadband kita bagus, speed laju, tapi after 1 month aku guna ni, speed cam lah harrrrsssss..Hangin tul aku.

Yesterday, received called from maxis when i was in the office. Suh aku check kan meter reading, ntah mak nenek ape ntah.

Me : Im still in the office, can u give me a call around 8pm??.
CS1 : Sure, someone will call u around 8pm - 9pm. If takde sape staff maxis yg call cik, mintak sangat jasa baik cik call maxis semula.
Me : What!!!!!!! u're supposed to call me. Not me.
CS 1 : Kita mintak jasa baik cik, mintak call kita balik.
Me : I dun care, by hook or by crook, i nak maxis call i balik around 8pm. Full stop.

Korang tak rase hangin ker. Dorang punya masalah, aku plak nak follow-up bagai. Cukup lah sekali aku wat report, pastu pandai2 koranglah nak handle. Naik lemak tul dorang ni..

Last nite, received called from maxis. Nasib dorang call. Tanya boleh connect ke idak. Aku jawap tak boleh. Ko bygkan lah ujan lebat beb. Langsung tak leh connect. Sampai ke sudah langsung tak boleh. Hangiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnn lagiiiiii..

Geram tul aku. Aku selamba je ckp, aku takkan bayar sesen pun almost 3 weeks aku tak leh access internet & kalau keadaan ni still berterusan aku nak terminate berukband ni immediately. Dan jgn harap aku nak byr penalti RM200. Aku pedulik ape. Pegi mamposslah...

Pastu pagi2 tdi terhegeh2 call aku lagi. Yang ni supervisor dia yang call. Tanya pasal aku nak terminate berukband ni. Senang je aku ckp, klu dah service cam k*m*k, baik aku terminate je. Aku takkan byr satu sen pun. Pastu senang je ckp.. kami akan check dari semua aspek sebelum cik nak terminate broadband ni. Hahhh, tau plak.. takut hilang customer kan. Ni aku lum buat ape2 lagi ni. Jgn sampai sehari dua ni aku dtg Maxis Center buat kecoh. Baru org maxis tau customer die yg giler2 ni.. hahhaha..

Masa Lyn tulis entry ni, internet slow nak mampus. Jap connect, jap2 disconnect. Ni pun still menunggu call from Maxis. Kata nak call bagai. Tapi takde lagi. Sat2 lagi klu call, mau kena lagi ngn aku. Ngn aku jgn main2, nahas nnti..

EErmm sorry lah korang, 3-4 hari ni, Lyn emotional skit. So sorry lah ngn entry yg merapu2 ni. Gerammm uollssssss..

Broadband Oh Berukband!!!!

Broadband... Berukband!!!!! Whats wrong with u hah!!!!

I have been using Maxis Berukband for quite sometime. Yeaaahh baru nak masuk 2 months. When 1st i got it, I like it because the speed wast FAST and GOOD, but now things changed, the service is getting from bad to worse. Since 3 days, im not be able to connected & surfing any website. WTF!!!!! service dah cam k*m*k, cam g*mP**G pun ada.. errrggghhhhh.

But i can still relax. Be patient Lyn...

Masuk hari ke 3, aku dah mula naik angin lah. Worse, worse and worse!!!. So i decided to report on technical error to customer service. Managed to call 1 2 3 from mobile phone. Ape lagi naik hangin lah aku kan. Ckp pun tak faham bahasa. dah plak kaf lam ya nga. Lagi lah aku nak hangin.

CS1 : Miss, can u change the settings like this, like this.. bla.. bla
Lyn : Done ok... but stil can't..
CS1 : Dun worry miss, i will make report for u. please remove ur modem & wait till 20 minutes.
Lyn : What the hells..Im really wasting my time talking to u. I really feel stupid right now with MAXIS. FEELING DAMN FRUSTRATED!!!!!…

Hang up.. wait till 20 minutes times.

After that, its happen again.

For the 2nd time, i called it again. informed everything about my 1st report. Gurl, rase tak sampai hati nak marah. Tapi hati ni geram jer.

CS2 : Miss, please check the settings
Lyn : Again!!!! i have check the settings & nothing is wrong.
CS2 : Go here... go there...bla bla bla
Lyn : Still can't..
CS2 : Ok miss, i will make a report for u. This is ur report no. C12345. we will monitor from here.
Lyn : How long??
CS2 : Its take around 3 -7 workings days.. if cant, we will send the technical person to ur house. Ur add bla bla bla..
Lyn : WTF!!!!! I dont care. by hook or by crook, i need maxis to settle it ASAP. i will be there at maxis center tomorrow. i want to change my modem immediately.
CS2 : sure.. u can..

hang up again, mrah ni.. siap Lyn jeritkan customer service tuh. Nasib lah. Aku peduli ape.. erggghhh.

Ada masanyer boleh ni.. dpt lah Lyn layan blog & fb jap. Siap Lyn letak status cam gitu lagi. lantak lah.. aku gerammmmmmmmmmmmm ni :(

laaaaaaa aku ingat aku je yg bermasalah. Rupanya Yaty pun kena gak. Ape lagi, berbalas comment lah kitorang. Dia pun sempat bubuh kt status die berukband sengal. Sakit hati kooooo.!!

On Saturday, headed to Maxis Center, Sunway Pyramid to complain about Maxis Berukband. Punya lah ramai org. Masa kt waiting area tu, here & there people dok pegang berukband. Sure nak complain. Mehhhh kita complain same2. hahahha <-- gelak evil

Tunggu my turn pun dah almost 1/2 hour. Bila turn i jer.. i straight away je ckp A to Z. Then terus die mintak berukband ni. Ntah ape die nak godamkan Lyn pun tak tau.

CS3 : Ok miss, i dah tukar kan settings ni sume.
Lyn : I rase 2 3 kali i call customer service same je suruh tukar setting.
CS3 : But setting ni dah lain dah, n i dah try u can surf any website.. dah ok dah skrg.

Lyn : Ok.. trust u.. if not, tomorrow i will see u again. remember that!!

Hah... tu aku ckp baik2 lah tuh. Sbb my darling dah pesan jgn ngamuk2. Slow talk je aku ckp ngn die.

Maxis to TM Point

This is first entry that i update using my new broadband. Im so lucky :) I had to use broadband sbb streamyx yang Lyn guna selama ni tak function lagi. Its happen 2 days before raya. My uncle ternampak 2 org pencuri memotong wayar kabel telefon di area kampung Lyn. So semua talian telefon tak dpt digunakan termasuk lah streamyx. OMG!!! kurang ajor punya pencuri. Kabel tu pun ko nak curik. Dah miskin sgt ker???? Report dah buat, tapi smpai ke hari ni takde tindakan yg diambil...eerrgghhh

So after that, i had to borrowed Along's broadband. Tapi smpi bila kan. Today Along dah mintak balik huhuhuhu. By hook or by crook, im gonna sign up my broadband asap. If not, susah lah nak blogging pasni. Huhuhu.

Went to Maxis, Sunway Pyramid this evening to find out the broadband's package. Sempatlah dorang menerangkan serba sedikit tentang package2 yang di sediakan. I had to study one by one. Klu tak nnti salah amik package plak. huhuhuh

Ambil angka giliran & wait for a while. Sofa yg best & comfortable. Sambil2 tu leh layan music. hehehe. Ramai gak org time2 camni. I've got to wait around 15 minutes. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly & easy as 1 2 3 A B C... hehehhe

Tarrraaaaaa!!!! this is my new broandband. Im really excited to use it. Tak payah menyiput Along nyer broadband lagi.. heheheh

Now I've been using my new broadband. Speed yang sgt laju. Really enjoy it. I loveeeee it!!!

Fyi, Lyn pun dah pergi TM Point, Shah Alam untuk terminate line streamyx & line telefon. Nasib dorang tak banyak songeh. Klu banyak songeh sure Lyn kenakan dorang balik.. hehhee. tu pun dah tanya, kenapa u nak terminate dua2 line. Senang je Lyn jawab, I nak pindah.. so takde sape nak guna.. baik i terminate jer. Lagipun zaman skrg sume org guna handphone & broadband...

Berlagak kan aku.. mentang2 dah ade broadband.. hahahhaaha
