Since Lyn tgh berusaha on diet sekarang ni. I just want to share the info to all of you. Kot la ada antara korang ni nak diet, tapi tak tau macam mana cara diet yg sihat. So please read clearly. So that korang akan faham.

The keyword is KURANGKAN. Tak payah nak drastically stop or tak makan langsung. Nanti badan akan terkejut. hehehe. Kena buat benda ni slowly dan consistently. For sure korang akan nampak hasilnya.

Btl kak...sofia try nk buat extreme diet dgn makan buah sebiji je..perghhh lps tuh perut masuk angin..sampai minum air je pun blh muntah2 balik...skg tak sanggup nk diet..sofia makan cuma dgn kadar yg skit..hehe
